Terms of use
1. Operator and service
The website lebwerte.com (the “service”) is operated by:
lebwerte.com
Address: [Ulice a číslo, PSČ Město, Česká republika]
Company ID: [IČO, pokud jste podnikatel – jinak nechte prázdné]
Send an e-mail
The service lets you publish the place and time of a shared activity (e.g. a morning warm-up, games with children, a park clean-up), sign up for it with a nickname and announce themed days. The service is free and requires no registration. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The operator does not organise events
Events are published and led by users (“organisers”). The operator is not the organiser of any event, does not verify how events run, their location, safety or the organisers’ qualifications, and is not responsible for events. Event details come from users and may be inaccurate or out of date. Events may be cancelled without notice.
The operator also publishes invitations to places and times suited to exercising together (marked “Invitation from localwarmup”). The operator does not lead these either and nobody from the operator needs to be there; they suggest where and when people can meet. Anyone may take them over and lead them.
3. Health and safety
- Taking part in any event is voluntary and at your own risk. Exercise within your limits; if something hurts, stop.
- Information on the site, including the sample routine and figures on the benefits of exercise, is general and is not medical advice. If you have health problems, are pregnant or haven’t exercised for a long time, consult a doctor first.
- An organiser is not necessarily a qualified coach or medic unless they say so.
- Children and anyone under 15 may only take part with a parent or another responsible adult.
- Mind the weather, traffic, terrain and your belongings. Everyone arranges their own accident and liability insurance.
4. Rules for organisers
- Publish truthful information about the place, time and type of activity. Delete an event that isn’t happening (with the management code or from the device you created it on).
- Respect park and playground rules, local by-laws and landowners’ rights. For a larger event, or one with equipment or noise, obtain the landowner’s or manager’s consent or a municipal permit where needed.
- The service is for free neighbourhood activities. Commercial events, advertising and paid courses do not belong here.
- Do not organise illegal or clearly dangerous activities.
- Leave the place clean.
5. Prohibited content
Nicknames, names, descriptions and notes must not contain in particular:
- other people’s personal data without their consent (full names, phone numbers, home addresses, photos etc.); we also recommend not publishing your own full name and contact details,
- illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, vulgar or harassing content,
- advertising, spam, links to fraudulent sites,
- content infringing intellectual property or other rights of third parties,
- calls for activities endangering health or safety.
6. User content
You are responsible for the content you publish. Published content is publicly visible to anyone on the internet. By publishing, you grant the operator a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to display, store, back up and technically adapt the content for display (e.g. shorten it) within the service for as long as it is kept under the privacy policy.
7. Reporting and moderation
In line with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), anyone can report content they consider illegal or contrary to these terms:
- with the “Report” button on an event or announced day, or
- by e-mail (say which content, where it is and why you consider it illegal).
We review reports without undue delay, diligently and objectively. We may hide or delete content that is illegal or breaches these terms, also without a report. As the service has no accounts, we usually cannot notify the author of a decision; if they gave us contact details, we will inform them with a statement of reasons. Reporters who left contact details are told the outcome. You can contest a decision by e-mail to the same address and we will review it. We may restrict repeated manifestly unfounded reports or repeated publication of manifestly illegal content. We do not use automated decision-making, except technical protection against overload and spam.
8. Management code and devices
You can delete an event, day or sign-up from the device you created it on, or with the four-digit management code if you chose one. We store the code only as a hash and cannot recover it. After 20 wrong attempts in a day, code entry for that item is temporarily locked. If you don’t have the code or lost it, use “Ask the admin to delete” on the event and we will review and delete it. Deleted content disappears from the service immediately and is permanently removed within 30 days (it may persist longer only in backups and the change log, see the privacy policy).
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided free of charge “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability, freedom from errors or preservation of content. We may change, restrict or end the service at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for injury, damage to property or other harm arising in connection with taking part in events, with user content or with third-party services (e.g. maps, navigation). This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by contract, or liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Maps and third-party services
Map tiles and address lookup are provided by OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and are loaded directly from its servers (see the privacy policy). The “Directions”, Mapy.cz and Apple Maps links open third-party services governed by their own terms.
11. Intellectual property
The design, graphics, texts and code of the service are protected by copyright and may not be copied beyond normal use of the service without the operator’s consent. Figures on the benefits of exercise cite the sources given.
12. Changes and governing law
We may reasonably change these terms; changes are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the change. These terms are governed by Swiss law. Consumers keep the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence and the right to go to the courts there.
13. Contact
Send questions, requests and reports by e-mail. More details on the Operator & contact page.
